A holistic and integrative approach to ensure student success in the workforce.

Resource Training & Solutions is excited to launch a series of programs and support to integrate career exploration and experiences within all content areas by collaborating with central Minnesota businesses, workforce centers, and our regional school districts. Career awareness & exploration integrated into students’ everyday coursework can build relevance in their learning as well as provide the opportunity to make connections with businesses and “soft skill” development.

Our goal is to provide students with experiential learning opportunities that will give them the skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
