The Resource Training & Solutions Bridge Award
The Resource Training & Solutions' Bridge Award was created to celebrate and highlight member organizations who advance innovative solutions, demonstrate meaningful progress in their community, or who give and advocate for positive change.
Bridge Award criteria:
- Member of Resource Training & Solutions
- Collaboration with others in an effort to build a “bridge” between their organization and other organizations or groups in their sphere of influence.
- New or improved processes, access, or solutions beyond the job description of their organization that meet needs in their area.

Bridge Award Recipients
STMA Schools, the City of Albertville, the City of St. Michael, and FYCC
Resource Training & Solutions, presents the Bridge Award to the City of Albertville on August 19th, 2019, the City of St. Michael on August 27th, 2019, and the STMA School District and FYCC on September 3rd, 2019. for their collaborative work on building a healthier community.
With the support of the two cities and the school district FYCC or Family Youth Community Connections provides its community healthy programs and events. Read more about this collaboration.
Bridge Award Recipients
East Central Schools and Pine County
Resource Training & Solutions, presents the Bridge Award to East Central Schools on November 19, 2018, and to Pine County and the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe on December 5, 2018, for their collaborative work on the development of the Project RISE program.
Project RISE is a group of initiatives and restorative justice approach that strives to keep students in school and reduce truancy and other issues contributing to the problems associated with students not attending school regularly. Read more about Project RIS
