Set Your School Up for Mentoring Success—Register Your Team Today!

Don’t miss this hands-on workshop designed to help you build a sustainable, high-quality mentorship program for the 2025–2026 school year.

Beginning teachers need support not only to manage the nuts and bolts of the day-to-day but also to accelerate the development of the skills and confidence they need as professionals.  Mentoring is not separate from other initiatives or professional development, it’s in addition to. It is a way to develop and impact effective practitioners across your school.  The impact of mentoring goes well beyond new teacher support. For many mentors, it’s a pathway to teacher and school leadership

Join us for this half day workshop to create an implementation plan for a high-quality Instructional Mentorship and Induction program for early career educators.  The focus will be on setting your vision and program goals to set up a system that can be sustained in future years.  Teams will create an updated Mentoring Handbook and set a schedule for support for the 2025 - 2026 school year.  This workshop is for any school leaders, mentors, or coaches who are tasked with helping onboard and support new teachers. Schools are encouraged to bring a team to work together to create their plan.
