Career and Technical Education Programs and Support for Central Minnesota Schools

Resource Training & Solutions is proud to introduce a series of programs aimed at seamlessly integrating career exploration into all areas of learning. By collaborating with local businesses, workforce centers, and regional school districts, we aim to make students’ coursework more relevant and meaningful. This initiative will connect students with real-world opportunities, helping them develop essential soft skills and prepare for success in today’s workforce through hands-on, experiential learning.

CTE Impact Grants

Resource Training & Solutions is offering Career and Technical Education (CTE) Impact Grants to support innovative projects that equip students in grades 5-12 with career and college readiness skills. These grants, up to $15,000, aim to foster collaboration between education and industry, helping develop pathways to high-demand careers through hands-on, work-based experiences. Career Pathway District Alignment

We are excited to partner with districts to evaluate and enhance career pathways tailored to student and workforce needs. This initiative will utilize data and standards to help districts create a clear vision for career planning. Career pathway development in grades 5 through 12 allows districts to provide transparency, data-driven decision making, and students who are prepared to embrace their career path.

Teacher Externship Program

Resource Training & Solutions' Teacher Externship Program gives middle and high school teachers the chance to work alongside industry professionals during a 3-5 day paid summer externship.
