Insights from Aikido for Educators. Aikido is considered by many a spiritual as well as physical martial art. This interactive presentation applies four Principles of Aikido and four Principles to Unify Mind and Body. Aikido is about setting our intentions, harmonizing with others, and moving ourselves correctly with energy vs. the control or force of others. Attendees, plan to move a bit with those around you in safe ways.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations requested with more than 5 business days prior to the start date of the class will receive a full refund of the registration fee. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations requested within 3 - 5 business days. Refunds will not be issued for no shows or cancellations made within 2 business days of the start of the class. Resource Training & Solutions reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the class at any time. In the unlikely event a class does not take place, a full refund will be issued or the registration fee may be transferred to another class.
