153 Educators Recognized at Resource Training & Solutions’ 2024 LEEA Banquet

On October 25, 2024, Resource Training & Solutions welcomed over 430 guests to the St. Cloud River’s Edge Convention Center for the annual Leadership in Educational Excellence Awards (LEEA) Banquet. This year’s celebration honored 153 dedicated educators from 37 central Minnesota school districts for their exceptional contributions to students and communities.

The evening opened with a warm welcome from Executive Director Mark Schmitz, followed by congratulatory remarks from Board Chair Ken Anderson. Adding a touch of laughter, comedian Tommy Ryman brought humor and joy to the room with his engaging performance.

The highlight of the evening came as board member Paul Bravinder presented each honoree with their award, celebrating their commitment to student growth, leadership, and positive impact within their communities.

This annual event, coordinated by Shari Fruechte and Resource’s Learning and Development team, brings educators together to pause, connect, and celebrate the meaningful work happening every day in central Minnesota schools.
