These essential staff members play a vital role in fostering student success and cultivating thriving learning environments. Whether assisting teachers in classrooms, supporting students with special needs, guiding enrichment activities, ormanaging clerical tasks, education support professionals are the backbone of our schools. They are truly the unsung heroes of the education system.

As part of our commitment to supporting these professionals, we offer high-quality professional development and testing opportunities to help paraprofessionals enhance their skills and meet certification requirements. These programs empower them to grow in their roles and make an even greater impact on students and schools.

We also take immense pride in hosting our annual Educational Support Staff Recognition Event, celebrating the contributions of all education support staff across the region. Tonight, at the St. Cloud Rivers Edge Convention Center, we honor over 130 outstanding individuals, including paraprofessionals, bus drivers, food service workers, custodians, hall monitors, administrative assistants, and more. This event is a heartfelt thank-you to those who keep our schools running smoothly and ensure our students receive the support they need to thrive.
