Recognition Events
Each year, Resource Training & Solutions honors educators and support staff who are shining examples through two highly attended recognition events celebrating our region's success. In partnership with our member school districts, we celebrate teachers at our Leadership in Educational Excellence (LEEA) award banquet and honor support staff at our Educational Support Staff award ceremony. Leadership in Educational Excellence Award Banquet (LEEA)
Resource Training & Solutions honored 146 educators from Central Minnesota at the 2023 Leadership in Educational Excellence Award Banquet, held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. The ceremony took place at the St. Cloud River's Edge Convention Center, attracting over 430 guests from 38 participating member school districts. The night's entertainment was provided by The String Showdown, an interactive dueling string duo featuring bandmates Mike Lauer and Greg Byers. Dr. Laurie Putnam, Superintendent of the St. Cloud Area School District, presented awards to the honorees.
Member districts and schools across Resource's central Minnesota region nominate award recipients. Selection can be based on knowledge of subject matter, leadership in curriculum development, and making a difference in the lives of students, staff, and the community. Educational Support Staff Award Ceremony (ESS)
On Wednesday, November 15, 2023 Resource Training & Solutions honored 137 educational support staff from across Central Minnesota at the 2023 Educational Support Staff Award Banquet. The ceremony took place at the St. Cloud River's Edge Convention Center, attracting over 350 guests from 37 participating member school districts. The evening's entertainment was provided by singer/songwriter Becky Schlegel. Stefanie Youngberg, Superintendent of the East Central School District, presented awards to the honorees.
Member districts and schools across Resources’ central Minnesota region nominate award recipients. Selection can be based on knowledge of work responsibilities, demonstration of safety, cultivation of respect, acting as a positive role model, displaying a genuine concern for others, and making a difference in the lives of students, staff, and the community.
