Leadership in Educational Excellence Award (LEEA)
Resource Training & Solutions hosts an annual Leadership in Educational Excellence Banquet and Award Ceremony (LEEA) each fall. This ceremony recognizes outstanding educational leaders from our member school districts. Over 150 educators and administrators are honored each year. Each district is responsible for establishing its own selection procedures. View the suggested criteria for selecting an honoree.

Educational Support Staff (ESS)
The Educational Support Staff Recognition Event is an opportunity to recognize and honor School Support personnel who go above and beyond their required duties. This recognition should not be based simply upon seniority, longevity, and/or random selection.

Students of Excellence
Resource Training & Solutions hosts an annual Students of Excellence Banquet and Recognition Ceremony for our member school districts. This ceremony recognizes the accomplishments of our region's top high school senior students. Over 150 top high school seniors are honored each year.
