Alison Orgaard Named MACTA Fellow!

We are thrilled to congratulate Alison Orgaard, the CTE Manager at Resource Training & Solutions, on her recent recognition as a fellow for the Minnesota Association for Career and Technical Administrators (MACTA) Career and Technical Education Policy and Leadership Fellowship. This year-long fellowship offers an incredible opportunity for CTE leaders across Minnesota to deepen their understanding of state and federal education policy, with a special focus on Career and Technical Education (CTE).

As a MACTA fellow, Alison will participate in an intensive learning experience centered on public policy, advocacy, and leadership development within the CTE landscape. Her involvement in this fellowship will not only enhance her own expertise but will also directly benefit the member schools of Resource Training & Solutions across Central Minnesota. By gaining valuable insights from key policymakers and expanding her professional network, Alison will be even better equipped to support and advocate for the unique needs of our member schools, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of CTE advancements.
