Resource Training & Solutions honors students, educators, and support staff who are shining examples through three recognition events that celebrate successes across the region.

We invite and encourage each member district in our region to participate in these very special events, traditionally held at the St. Cloud River’s Edge Convention Center. However due to COVID-19 pandemic we will be holding these events virtually until further notice.

Leaders in Educational Excellence (LEEA)

This ceremony recognizes and celebrates the accomplishments of outstanding educational leaders from our member school districts. Over 150 educators and administrators are honored each year.

Educational Support Staff (ESS)

This ceremony recognizes and celebrates the contributions of the Educational Support Staff including: bus drivers, food service, paraprofessionals, hall monitors, custodians, office administrative assistants, coaches (who are not certified teachers), or other positions from our member school districts. Over 100 Educational Support Staff are honored each year

Students of Excellence
