Geared Towards 3rd - 8th Grade Students

This conference is open to all Resource Training & Solutions associate and full member school districts. The halls of the Wick Science Building on the campus of St. Cloud State University are filled with future mathematicians, engineers, and computer programmers as nearly 700 students, STEM educators, and experts participate in this annual student conference in early January.

PARTICIPATION FEES:

Early Bird Rates: Good through October 15, 2024

Full Member $55 / student

Associate Member - $90 / student

Regular Rates: Good through December 1, 2025

Full Member: $60/ Student

Associate Member: $97 / Student

Late Registration Rates: Based on availability. No registrations will be accepted after December 20, 2025

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations requested with more than 5 business days prior to the start date of the class will receive a full refund of the registration fee. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations requested within 3 - 5 business days. Refunds will not be issued for no shows or cancellations made within 2 business days of the start of the class. Resource Training & Solutions reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the class at any time. In the unlikely event a class does not take place, a full refund will be issued or the registration fee may be transferred to another class.
