Join us for a dynamic three-day event designed to help district leaders identify, analyze, and develop actionable solutions to a key problem of practice within their schools or districts. Through a blend of facilitated discussions, expert insights, and collaborative problem-solving, participants will engage in meaningful work to drive student success. This event will provide a structured process to guide leaders in defining challenges, exploring evidence-based strategies, and crafting a plan for sustainable improvement.

Breakout sessions will offer deeper dives into critical areas of instructional leadership, including bundling standards for more cohesive curriculum design, strengthening Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) for continuous improvement, leveraging curriculum-based professional learning to enhance instructional practices, and implementing highly effective Tier 1 strategies to support all learners. Participants will leave with concrete tools, strategies, and an action plan tailored to their district’s unique needs.
