You are invited to a safe virtual environment to learn more about anxiety, how it affects you, and strategies for anxiety management. This will be in a group setting, where relatability and the support of others is invaluable. You will have the freedom to do as little or as much sharing as you feel comfortable. You are welcome to be on or off camera. We will come together for one hour at a time for 3 weeks. If you have any questions, please email Megan at mperry@resourcecoop-mn.gov .

About the Presenter
Megan is an LSW who takes a calm supportive approach in building resilience with youth and adults. Anxiety management groups are a passion area of hers. She has worked in education since 2014, focusing on mental wellness and resiliency with both students and adults. Megan has experience as a high school social worker as well as in vocational, day treatment, and residential programs. Designing and facilitating learning experiences that seek to deepen adults' understanding of social and emotional life skills allows her to blend her love of systems-thinking with human-centered endeavors and solutions.
