When a traumatic event strikes, our Regional School Crisis Response Team is ready to provide immediate, compassionate support to restore the emotional well-being of your school community. Through a partnership between Resource Training & Solutions and local school districts, our team of over 50 trained professionals spans nine central Minnesota counties, equipped to assist with crisis interventions, counseling, and coordination during challenging times.

If your school experiences a tragedy, a single phone call activates our response, deploying trained members—including school psychologists, counselors, social workers, and safety experts—to help your team and students. Our services range from facilitating staff and student support sessions to establishing comfort rooms and offering long-term planning for ongoing care.
